What the numbers on the Paris Christmas Market map mean
Each numbered pin marks a market from the Paris Christmas Markets: pins 4, 5 and 10 sit close together on the Left Bank, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 13 sit in the north, and pin 3 is an arrow chip off the north-west edge.

1. Tuileries Christmas Market
Pin 1 stands where the Tuileries Garden meets the Place de la Concorde, with 113 rue de Rivoli as the street address in the 1st arrondissement. As the crow flies it is 2.2 km from the Hôtel de Ville, towards the north-west, in the Tuileries and Louvre area.

2. Champs-Élysées Christmas Market
Pin 2 is drawn at the Concorde end of the Champs-Élysées, the lower stretch of this 8th arrondissement avenue, where the market stands on the avenue itself. From the Hôtel de Ville the pin is 3.0 km away in a straight line, to the north-west.

3. Paris La Défense Christmas Market
Pin 3 stands for the Parvis de La Défense in Puteaux, 9.2 km from the Hôtel de Ville, out to the north-west. The market lies outside the City of Paris and beyond the map frame, so the map draws it as an arrow chip on its north-west edge.

4. Paris Notre-Dame Christmas Market
Pin 4 marks Square René-Viviani, at 2 rue du Fouarre by the quai de Montebello, a Latin Quarter square of the 5th arrondissement. The cathedral of Notre-Dame stands just over the river from it, and the pin lies 0.6 km south-west of the Hôtel de Ville.

5. Saint-Germain-des-Prés Christmas Village
Pin 5 sits on Boulevard Saint-Germain at the church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, 1.3 km west of the Hôtel de Ville on the Left Bank (6th arrondissement). The village carries the dates-pending marker of the legend, because it has no 2026 dates so far.

6. Hôtel de Ville Christmas Village
Pin 6 marks Place de l'Hôtel de Ville in Paris Centre (4th arrondissement), the square that opens out before the Hôtel de Ville. The distances to the other pins are measured from that building. The village's 2026 dates have not been announced.

7. Eiffel Tower Christmas Village
Pin 7 marks Quai Jacques-Chirac, the riverside road also known as Quai Branly, directly below the Eiffel Tower (7th arrondissement). It lies 4.3 km west of the Hôtel de Ville, and since the village has no 2026 dates yet, the pin uses the pending marker.

8. Abbesses Christmas Market

9. Alsatian Christmas Market at Gare de l'Est

11. La Villette Christmas Village
Pin 11 marks the 2025 site of the village, Place de la Fontaine-aux-Lions inside the Parc de la Villette (19th arrondissement), 4.7 km north-east of the Hôtel de Ville. Neither a 2026 site nor 2026 dates have been announced, so the pin keeps the 2025 location.
