How to get between the Christmas Markets in Strasbourg
On the map, every pin lies on the Grande Île or in the Petite France within 0.8 km of the cathedral square as the crow flies. Place Broglie (1) is 0.4 km north.
Five cluster around the Cathedral: place de la Cathédrale (2) and place du Château (3), 0.1 km apart; Terrasse Rohan (7) and place du Marché-aux-Poissons (8), side by side 0.2 km south-east; and place du Temple-Neuf (9), 0.4 km from 8.
Place Kléber, 0.4 km north-west, gathers three: the Grand Sapin Market (4) and the Aubette (12 and 13).
Westward, place Benjamin-Zix (5) and square Louise-Weiss (10) lie 0.6 and 0.8 km away in the Petite France; place Grimmeissen (11) is 0.1 km from 10, and place Saint-Thomas (6) 0.3 km from 5 and 0.5 km from 7.
Cars are kept off the Grande Île while the stalls trade, and the bridge entrances have access controls; both points are among the practical questions answered by the City.
