An amazing experience! The boat was clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating for everyone who purchased a ticket (unlike some other companies that tend to oversell and leave passengers standing). The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything ran right on schedule as promised."
First our tickets didn’t scan properly and we were sent to a longer queue to the main till where people were buying tickets even though we paid well in advance and nearly missed the boat. When we got on board after this unnecessary stress it was simply seeing a bit of the river with short explanation in English, nothing engaging or interesting, we were bored some funny or more engaging content could have helped… then we checked if they had blankets as it got quite cold on the external deck they sold us a blanket.. did lots of other boat tours in other big cities this one was average minus… woul
