The Christmas Markets on the map, numbered
The map of the Dublin Christmas Markets has 8 numbered pins: four within 1.5 km of O'Connell Bridge, two at the RDS in Ballsbridge, one in Glasnevin and one in Inchicore. An overview of the Christmas Markets in Dublin describes their stalls and dates.

1. TwinkleTown Smithfield Square
Pin 1 marks Smithfield Square in Smithfield, Dublin 7, on the north side of the Liffey and 1.3 km west of O'Connell Bridge. TwinkleTown fills the square with a Christmas festival and craft market, produced by Archetype, in partnership with Dublin City Council; its second site is pin 2.

2. TwinkleTown St Patrick's Park
Pin 2 sits in St Patrick's Park on Patrick Street, in the Liberties, Dublin 8, right beside St Patrick's Cathedral and 1.1 km south-west of O'Connell Bridge. The same producer and partner run this second TwinkleTown site, and Dublin Bus routes pass along Patrick Street and Clanbrassil Street close by.

3. Everwinter
Pin 3 is the RDS on Merrion Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, 3.1 km south-east of O'Connell Bridge, where Equinox Events stages Everwinter and visitors come in from Merrion Road. Gifted, pin 4, uses the same grounds, and a red ring around both pins marks an event that needs an entry ticket.

4. Gifted Contemporary Craft & Design Fair
Pin 4 points to Hall 1 in the RDS Main Hall complex on Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, where Gifted Fair holds its craft and design fair indoors. The entrance is at the front of the Main Hall, facing Merrion Road, and Everwinter at pin 3 sits within the RDS grounds as well.

5. National Botanic Gardens Sustainable Christmas Craft Market
Pin 5 sits 2.9 km north of O'Connell Bridge, at the National Botanic Gardens in Glasnevin (Botanic Road, Dublin 9). The National Botanic Gardens host this craft market in their own grounds, and its pin carries the dates-pending mark, with 2026 dates not announced yet.

6. Richmond Barracks Winter Fair
Pin 6 stands at Richmond Barracks in St Michael's Estate, Inchicore, Dublin 8, 3.9 km west of O'Connell Bridge and well away from the pins around the Liffey. Richmond Barracks hosts its own Winter Fair there, the single pin on the map in Inchicore.

7. Temple Bar Square Christmas Market
Pin 7 marks Temple Bar Square, Dublin 2, on the south side of the Liffey and 0.3 km south-west of O'Connell Bridge. The square is the setting of this Christmas Market, shown with the dates-pending mark because its 2026 dates are not announced yet.

8. The Fumbally Christmas Market
Pin 8 marks the Fumbally Stables on Fumbally Lane in the Liberties, Dublin 8, 1.5 km south-west of O'Connell Bridge. The Fumbally holds its market indoors in the Stables, about 0.4 km from TwinkleTown in St Patrick's Park, so pins 2 and 8 sit close together.

How to get between the Christmas Markets in Dublin
Smithfield Square is served by the Luas Red Line, which stops at Smithfield, and by several Dublin Bus routes. TwinkleTown's two sites lie about 1.1 km apart in a straight line, roughly 20 minutes on foot, and the Fumbally market is about 0.4 km from St Patrick's Park. TwinkleTown's page for its Smithfield Square site gives the season, daily times and attractions of the square.
Everwinter and Gifted are neighbours in the RDS grounds in Ballsbridge. Lansdowne Road and Sandymount, both on the DART, are each around five minutes' walk from the RDS; on the Luas, Ranelagh is the closest stop, and the S2 bus runs from there to Merrion Road. Everwinter offers no event parking. Everwinter's directions to the RDS cover the Merrion Road entrance and each route.
Two markets stand apart from the others: the Botanic Gardens market in Glasnevin, 2.9 km north of O'Connell Bridge, and the Richmond Barracks fair in Inchicore, 3.9 km west.
