- Friday 27 November, opening day: trading on markets 1 to 11 starts at 14:00 instead of 11:30.
- Thursday 24 December, Christmas Eve: markets 1 to 11 trade from 11:30 to 18:00, which ends their season.
- Markets 12 and 13, both held indoors at the Aubette on place Kléber, have dates for 2026 still to come.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year opening times in Strasbourg
Thursday 24 December closes the 2026 season on the 11 squares with dates. The chalets open at 11:30 and shut at 18:00 so that the vendors can celebrate Christmas Eve. Among the markets with confirmed dates, none trades on Friday 25 December, Saturday 26 December, Thursday 31 December or Friday 1 January 2027: the season is over.
In Alsace-Moselle, Friday 25 December 2026, Saturday 26 December 2026 and Friday 1 January 2027 are public holidays, and 26 December is a holiday in this region alone. The national calendar for 2026 and 2027, with the two extra days kept in Alsace-Moselle, is on the public holidays listed by the French government (in French).
Late openings and early closures at the Strasbourg Christmas Markets
On the map, the 11 squares with 2026 dates share one timetable, 11:30 to 21:00, and it does not change between weekdays and weekends. Two dates depart from it. On Friday 27 November, opening day, stalls begin trading at 14:00 and keep going until 21:00. On Thursday 24 December the chalets shut at 18:00, three hours before their usual closing time.
The Marché OFF on place Grimmeissen keeps 11:30 to 21:00 as well, with the same two exceptions. For the two Aubette fairs on place Kléber, times will follow once their 2026 dates are out.
